What Plus includes
Axiom Plus costs US$15 a month, plus tax. Each paid month includes an Axiom AI allowance and 600 minutes of cloud speech recognition.
The app shows a usage meter: how much of this month's allowance you have used, and the date it resets. Unused allowance does not roll over to the next month.
The Free plan
Free costs nothing. You can bring your own AI key, and Axiom does not charge you for it. New accounts also get a welcome gift of AI:
- A welcome AI allowance, given once per account after you verify your email address.
- No refill in the month you sign up. After that, active Free accounts may receive a monthly refill.
- The app shows your available allowance and any scheduled refill. Refill availability and amounts can vary.
The welcome gift and the refills are gifts, not part of a paid plan. An account counts as active if it signed in or used Axiom AI in the last 60 days.
AI credits
AI credits keep you going after your included allowance. Axiom uses your free or monthly allowance first, then your AI credits. You can buy them on the Free plan and on Axiom Plus.
Buy AI credits in any amount from US$5 to US$5,000, plus tax. The app shows exactly how many AI credits you get before you pay.
Buying AI credits is a single payment. It does not renew. AI credits never expire. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Unused AI credits are forfeited when you delete your account, and the app warns you about this before you delete it.
We do not offer a self-service refund for AI credits. If a payment for AI credits is refunded or disputed, only the unspent part of those AI credits is removed.
Taxes and currency
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, VAT or GST is added on top where it applies, and is shown at checkout before you pay.
Payments are handled by Stripe. Link, Stripe's payment service, acts as the merchant of record: it sells to you, calculates and collects the tax for your location, and appears on your card statement. Checkout may offer to show the price in your local currency.

Cancel anytime
You can cancel Axiom Plus at any time from Settings, Account, Manage Billing in the app, or from your Link account. Plus stays active until the end of the month you already paid for, and it does not renew after that.
Payments are not refunded, except where the law requires it. If we charge you by mistake, we will fix it or refund it. Read the Refund Policy for the details, including rights that apply to consumers in the EU and UK.
Pay-as-you-go
Pay-as-you-go models are not offered yet. Today the two ways to pay are Axiom Plus and AI credits. When pay-as-you-go models arrive, they will use the same AI credits.
If you connect your own AI provider account, that provider bills you directly under its own terms. Axiom does not add a charge for it.
Common questions
Is the US$15 price in US dollars?
Yes. The price is US$15 a month, and tax is added on top. If checkout shows your local currency, the converted amount is shown before you pay.
How much AI do I get?
Axiom Plus includes an Axiom AI allowance for each paid month, and 600 minutes of cloud speech recognition. The app shows a usage meter with how much of this month's allowance you have used and when it resets. When you buy AI credits, the app shows exactly how many AI credits you get before you pay.
What happens when my monthly allowance runs out?
If you have AI credits, Axiom uses them. If not, Axiom AI requests pause until your allowance resets or you buy AI credits. Local AI and the rest of Axiom keep working. If you connected your own AI provider, you can keep using it.
Does unused allowance roll over?
No. Each paid Plus month has its own allowance, and it ends with that month. AI credits are different: they never expire.
What happens to my AI credits if I delete my account?
Unused AI credits are forfeited when you delete your account. The app warns you about this before you delete it.
Who charges my card?
Link, Stripe's payment service, is the merchant of record. Your statement shows a Link charge for Axiom. Axiom never sees your full card number.
Can I get a refund?
Axiom does not offer refunds for partial months or for AI credits, except where the law requires it. You can cancel anytime and keep Plus until the end of the paid month. If we charge you by mistake, we will fix it or refund it. See the Refund Policy.
Can I use my own AI provider instead?
Yes. Connecting your own AI key or provider account is optional on both plans. That provider bills you directly.
